Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping within the U.S. on orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $6.99 applies.
How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit Time: 5–8 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days total (processing + transit).
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Central Time for same-day processing.
Delays may occur due to incomplete addresses, payment issues, high seasonal volume, or carrier-related constraints. If this happens, you will be notified by email.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We work with USPS,
UPS,
FedEx,
and DHL.
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to weather conditions, natural events, carrier issues, holidays, or delivery to remote areas. We appreciate your patience during such circumstances.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@glowko.us and we will assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
I entered the wrong address—what now?
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.
What happens if my package is undeliverable?
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or invalid addresses may be subject to cancellation or additional shipping charges.
Holiday shipping delays
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year), carriers may experience delays due to high volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Which items are eligible for return?
We accept returns for both non-defective and defective items. To qualify, products must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and unopened
Security seal or hygienic protection intact
In original packaging, in resalable condition
All tags and labels attached
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. Replacements are only processed for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Do not ship items before your return request is approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for obtaining the return label.
Defective or damaged items: Glowko covers all return shipping costs for products that arrived damaged or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Which items are non-refundable?
The following items are non-refundable:
Original shipping costs (except when the return is due to a damaged or defective product)
Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
