Refund & Return Policy — Glowko.us
Glowko is operated by VOLANTYS LLC (Wyoming, USA). Please read this policy carefully: because our products ship from South Korea, returns work differently than for a domestic U.S. store.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returns are shipped to our returns facility in South Korea. We do not operate a U.S. returns address.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping to South Korea. International return postage often costs between USD 25 and USD 60 depending on weight and carrier. For lower-value items this can exceed the value of the product itself. We tell you this upfront so you can decide whether a return makes financial sense before you ship anything.
You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us before sending any package. Parcels sent without a RAN cannot be identified at our facility and will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
In these cases you do not pay return shipping, and in most cases we will not ask you to return the item at all. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund once we have reviewed your photos.
Once your return is received and inspected at our South Korea facility, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Timeline: allow 10–18 business days from the date you ship your return — this covers international transit to Korea, inspection, and bank processing. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Import duties and customs fees already paid to the carrier are set by U.S. customs and cannot be refunded by us.
Orders of two items or more receive an automatic 5% discount. If you return part of such an order and the remaining items no longer qualify, the discount is recalculated and the refund is adjusted accordingly.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from South Korea. After dispatch, an order cannot be recalled and must be handled as a return.
