Glowko is a brand operated by VOLANTYS LLC (Wyoming, USA). We source authentic Korean beauty products directly in South Korea and ship them to customers in the United States.
All orders ship from South Korea. We do not hold inventory in the United States. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our logistics partner in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, and travel to the United States as an international shipment.
Order cut-off: 6:00 PM KST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day.
Handling time: 1–3 business days
International transit and customs clearance: 7–11 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days

Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $120 or more. Orders under $120 ship for a flat $12.99.
This covers the shipping charge only. It does not cover import duties or customs fees, which are described below.
Shipments leave South Korea with an international carrier (typically Korea Post EMS, CJ Logistics or an equivalent partner) and are handed to a domestic carrier for final delivery in the United States, usually USPS. Your tracking number covers the full journey, including the international leg. Tracking may not update for 3–5 days while the parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
As of 2025, the United States no longer exempts low-value parcels from import duty. Shipments from South Korea are subject to U.S. import duties and customs processing fees.
Product prices shown on this website do not include U.S. import duties or customs fees. Where these apply, they are billed by the carrier or customs broker and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may be asked to pay them before the parcel is released for delivery.
Refusing to pay duties, or refusing delivery, means the parcel is returned or destroyed by customs. In that case we can refund the product value only, minus shipping and customs costs already incurred.
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched from South Korea. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because parcels cross an international border, an incorrect or incomplete address usually cannot be corrected in transit. Glowko is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
