The milky texture is the point: a clear water mist evaporates off the face, a milky one leaves something behind. Built as the companion to Acwell's licorice toner, it is used in Seoul three ways, as the essence step after toner, as a midday refresh, and as a finishing spray over makeup.

How to use. After toner, spray from about 20 cm and press the mist in with the palms. Never let a mist air-dry on your face, because the water leaving takes some of your own with it. Repeat through the day as needed, pressing in each time.
