How to use. Last step of the routine, morning and night, on clean skin after toner and serum. Warm it between the fingers and press it in rather than rubbing. In the morning, follow with sunscreen. On very dry days, apply to slightly damp skin so it has water to hold onto.

Ceramides are lipids the skin makes itself, and supplying them cosmetically supports a smoother, better-hydrated surface that loses water more slowly.
