A low pH gel cleanser used in Korea as the morning wash, or as the second step of an evening double cleanse. It works into a thin, quick lather rather than a dense foam, with tea tree leaf oil and betaine salicylate in a mild surfactant base. This is a cosmetic cleanser, not a medicated acne wash.
Who it's for. All skin types, including blemish prone and combination skin that feels stripped by high-pH foaming washes.
How to use. Apply to damp skin, work up a light lather in your palms before it touches your face, massage for under a minute and rinse with lukewarm water. Morning, and again at night after an oil cleanser.
Key active. Betaine salicylate, a mild BHA that loosens surface buildup during the wash, plus tea tree leaf oil for a fresh finish. Contact time is short, so this is cleansing rather than exfoliation.
