Who it's for. Dry, flaky skin that feels tight after cleansing, and barrier-stressed skin between richer treatments.

How to use. After cleansing and toner, apply to clean skin, 15 to 20 minutes, then remove and press the remaining essence in. Seal with a cream. Two to three times a week.

Key active. Ceramides, the lipids that sit between skin cells and slow water loss. A sheet delivers them for the length of the session; the tightness relief you feel afterwards is hydration, and it needs to be maintained.
