It is the second step of the Korean double cleanse, used after an oil or balm at night and on its own in the morning. How to use. Wet the face, then work the product into a foam in wet hands before it touches the skin, which is the Korean habit that stops most of the tugging. Massage 20 to 30 seconds, rinse with lukewarm water, and apply toner while the skin is still damp.
