The large-format Korean toner exists because the local habit is to use it generously, in pressed layers or on a cotton pad, not to dab it on. At 400ml the bottle assumes twice-daily use.

How to use. Morning and evening after cleansing. Either pour a little into the palm and press it in, or dampen a cotton pad and sweep along the contours of the face. Follow with essence and cream.
