Opened items are accepted only if the product arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Replacements are only processed for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.

Glowko covers all return shipping costs for products that arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
