TONYMOLY Get It Tint Lip Liner

A twist-up lip pencil with a soft velvet texture, sold as a multi-use liner: TONYMOLY positions it both for drawing the lip line and for blurring work elsewhere on the face, which is why it carries spherical powder instead of the hard wax of a classic liner. The powder scatters light, so a drawn line reads soft rather than sharp, closer to the blurred Korean lip than a defined Western one.

How to use. Draw the outline, then blend inward with the tip or a fingertip so no hard edge is left. Fill the lip in fully and wear it alone, or use it under a tint or balm. Reapply as needed.

Key active. A velvet-textured pigment base with spherical powder for a light-scattering, blurred finish. The brand does not publish a percentage, and we are not going to invent one.
