Korean labels call the toner step seukin, skin, and this is exactly that: the first watery layer after cleansing whose job is to rebalance the surface and leave it damp so what follows absorbs instead of sitting on top. Sold as the partner to the Watery Lotion in the same line.

Who it's for. Normal to combination skin, and anyone whose face feels tight in the minute after towel-drying.

How to use. After cleansing, apply with the hands or a cotton pad and press in while the skin is still slightly damp. Follow with essence, then lotion. Morning and night.

Key active. Fermented green tea extract, a polyphenol-rich antioxidant carrier that also works as a humectant in this format.
