Ten sheet masks from Torriden's Balanceful line, the brand's cica range for skin that flares. Twenty-four millilitres of essence per sheet is on the wet side, which is deliberate for a calming mask: the point is to keep the skin cool and saturated for the full wear time rather than to deliver a concentrated dose.

Who it's for. Reactive, flushed or heat-stressed skin, and blemish-prone skin on the days after a breakout.

How to use. Evening, after toner. Fifteen to twenty minutes, then remove and press the remaining essence in rather than rinsing. Keeping the sachet in the fridge sharpens the calming effect. Two or three sheets a week.
