PDRN is used in Korean formulation as a skin-conditioning agent, and the topical form is a cosmetic and is not the clinic procedure that made the ingredient known. At 250 ml it is a palm-press toner, not a cotton-pad one — which is how you get the ingredient content onto the skin rather than onto the pad.
