How to use. Wiggle the micro brush at the root and draw it up through the lash to the tip. For lower lashes, hold the wand vertically and touch each lash. Build a second coat while the first is still slightly wet. Being waterproof, it needs an oil cleanser or a dedicated eye makeup remover.
