The 500 ml bottle of the Dokdo toner, a water-texture toner built on deep sea water the brand credits with 74 kinds of natural minerals, plus panthenol, allantoin and betaine. This is the format Korean users buy on purpose: half a litre exists so you can pour it into the palm and press it on in several layers, which is a different habit from dabbing it onto a cotton pad.

How to use. After cleansing, pour a splash into clean palms and press it into damp skin. Repeat two or three times for a layered application. Follow with essence, serum and moisturizer. Morning and night.
