The bottle is deliberately oversized: in Korea cleansing water is poured onto a saturated cotton pad as the first pass of a double cleanse, or used alone as the whole morning cleanse, so it goes by the handful rather than the drop.

How to use. Saturate a cotton pad, hold it against the skin for a moment to dissolve makeup, then sweep once per area instead of scrubbing. At night, follow with a foaming cleanser if you wore heavy makeup or sunscreen. No rinsing required.
