It goes on dry hands and a dry face, then emulsifies into milk when water is added.

How to use. With dry hands, apply 2-3 pumps to a dry face and massage unhurriedly over makeup and sunscreen. Add a little water and keep massaging until the oil turns milky, then rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with the Olive Vitamin E cleansing foam.
