Centella has been used across Korean and wider East Asian practice for a very long time and remains the default calming ingredient in the domestic market. A ten-pack is priced and sized to be used, not saved: in Korea sheet masks are a two or three times a week habit, not a special occasion, and the essence left in the pouch goes on the neck.
Who it's for. Sensitive, reactive or stressed skin, and any skin type after a day in strong sun or wind.
How to use. Apply to clean skin, smooth out the air bubbles, and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not leave it on until it dries, since a drying sheet takes moisture back off the skin. Remove and press the remaining essence in with your palms, then follow with moisturizer to seal it.
