The reference is explicit and historical, during the Joseon dynasty the cloudy water left from rinsing rice, migamsu, was saved and used on the face, and this is that idea rebuilt with rice amino acids and a modern sebum-control phase. It goes on milky and dries down without shine.
Who it's for. All skin types, and particularly combination skin that is dry on the cheeks and oily through the middle.
How to use. Shake well until the two layers combine. After cleansing, pour into your palm and press over the face rather than wiping. Morning and night, before serum and cream. Shake again each time, since it will separate between uses.

Amino acids are humectants, so what they do is hold water at the surface and leave rough skin feeling smoother. Beauty of Joseon does not publish the percentages, and we are not going to invent them.
